Lean Six Sigma Canada operates in an environmentally sustainable manner and endeavours to minimize our carbon footprint and environmental impact. We work with our team, instructors and clients to:

• Maximize reuse of existing materials
• Minimize waste through design and specification of our programs
• Minimize the emissions to air, water and ground

It is our policy to:

• Recycle as much waste material as possible
• Eliminate the use of paper wherever possible by sending for example the training materials, quotes, invoices, etc via email. .
• Recycle equipment no longer in use such as computers, laptops, printers, modems, etc.
• Minimize energy usage by using low energy light bulbs throughout while ensuring that computers, modems and printers are shut down after work hours.
• Purchase products made with recycled paper (printer paper, paper towel, flip charts, etc.)
• Purchase products with a lower environmental impact such as biodegradable soaps and detergents.
• Avoid travel when possible by using video and audio conferencing, phone or email.
• Make use of lower impact transport for business by using public transportation or driving hybrid vehicles.
